Our Client Services Information

Private property owners and commercial entities within our normal response boundaries can individually contract with High Country Fire-Rescue for emergency fire and medical services. We have a number of options for you based on your financial needs, along with the option to form either an annual service contract, or multiple year contract.

Services included in your service contract are:
* Fire safety inspections of homes and business
* Emergency utility shutoff
* Emergency fire calls
* Emergency medical calls (helicopter rates are not included and are charged separately by that company)
* Services to clients no matter where they are within HCFR's defined "normal response boundaries." Unlike surrounding Fire Districts, your coverage extends beyond your property lines and provides coverage to you as long as you're within the defined HCFR response boundaries. (Example: You visit a neighbor not yet a client of HCFR, become ill and need emergency medical services. Your contract with HCFR covers your call for services while off your property yet still within our boundaries.)
* Removal of poisonous desert reptiles impeding emergency responders ability to answer your request for services (does NOT include bee removal)
* Emergency removal of client's pets and animals (Some restrictions may apply. Please inform us of the animals you have so we may address your individual emergency needs and preventative actions.)
* Other services as deemed necessary specific to our vicinity (check this page for updates and new services)

All client rates will be based on square footage and will include the following: all buildings, basements, garages, storage building (larger than 120 square feet), workshops and barns. For agricultural clients who own farms, tractors and farm vehicles will be included at no additional charge.
